Agreement to Terms

By using lckn.io or purchasing LCKN products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use our website or purchase our products.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on lckn.io. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We make every effort to accurately display our products, including color representation, weight specifications, materials, construction details, and size measurements. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. All weights, measurements, and specifications are approximate. Limited production runs mean inventory can change without notice. Acid wash patterns vary by design and natural variation should be expected between pieces.

If a product is not as described in a material way, our 45-day return policy applies.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time, correct pricing errors, and cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing due to system errors. Payment is due at the time of order.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods offered through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full credit card information.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Order Acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify payment information.

Order Cancellation (By You): Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if the order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Order Cancellation (By Us): We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

Limited Production & Availability

LCKN manufactures in limited production runs. Quantities are fixed per collection. Products may sell out before drop dates, sizes may not be available for exchange, and collections are not restocked once sold out. Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first-ordered, first-shipped basis.

Intellectual Property

All content on lckn.io is owned by LCKN or licensed to us, including product designs, website design, logos, trademarks, photography, and written content. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the website or products without written permission.

You may share product images on social media with proper credit to LCKN and link to our website for personal, non-commercial use.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your password, accept responsibility for activities under your account, and notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Engaging in fraudulent transactions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LCKN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, pandemics, internet failures, or shipping carrier delays.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in San Diego County, California.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions.
