45-Day Unconditional Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your LCKN purchase for any reason within 45 days, return it for a full refund.

No restocking fees
No lengthy explanations required
No fine print loopholes

Simply contact us, ship it back, and receive your full refund within 10 business days of receipt.

The only exception: Returns cannot be accepted based solely on color preference. All colorways are accurately photographed and described. Please choose carefully.

Returns After 45 Days (Store Credit)

Days 46–90: Returns accepted for store credit only.

You will receive:

Full purchase price as store credit
LCKN Priority status (if applicable)
Early notification before public launches

Store credit never expires, can be used on any LCKN collection, and may be transferred to one other person upon request.

After 90 days: No returns or exchanges accepted unless covered under Forever Protection.

Forever Protection

Every numbered LCKN piece carries Forever Protection against manufacturing defects.

Covered defects include:

Seam separation or stitching failure
Fabric degradation beyond normal wear
Hardware failure (zippers, grommets, drawstring anchors)
Construction defects affecting garment integrity

Not covered:

Normal wear and tear
Damage from improper care or cleaning
Alterations by third parties
Color preference
Acid wash variation
Loss or theft

If a manufacturing defect occurs at any time, contact us with your garment number and photos. We will evaluate and provide a resolution within 5 business days. Resolution may include repair, replacement, full refund, or store credit.

All Forever Protection claims require the garment to be returned for inspection.

How To Initiate A Return

Step 1: Email returns@lckn.io with your order number, item number, and reason for return (optional).

Step 2: We will send you a prepaid return label within 48 hours.

Step 3: Ship your item back in original condition.

Step 4: Receive your refund within 10 business days of our receipt.

Exchange Policy

Need a different size? We will expedite an exchange at no cost to you. Exchanges are subject to availability due to limited production runs. If your size is unavailable, we will issue a refund (within 45 days) or store credit (after 45 days).

Damaged Or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will ship a replacement from our reserve inventory within 48 hours.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

Credit/Debit Cards: 7–10 business days
PayPal: 5–7 business days
Shop Pay: 5–7 business days

Store credit is issued within 48 hours of receiving your return.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Return Conditions

Item must be in original condition
Tags must be attached
Garment must be unworn and unwashed (unless defective)
Garment must be physically returned

We cannot issue refunds, store credit, or warranty claims without receiving the returned garment.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage not related to manufacturing defects.
