HOW IT WORKS:

If a manufacturing defect occurs—whether in the first month or the tenth year—contact us with your piece number and photos.

All Forever Protection claims require the defective garment to be returned for inspection. This allows us to analyze defects and improve our construction process.

If a replacement is not available, you will get store credit, priority access to future releases.
