Domestic Shipping (United States)

Processing Time

In-Stock Items: Ships within 2–3 business days

Pre-Order Items (Inaugural Release): Ships on or before the specified drop date

Each piece undergoes final inspection before shipment. We don’t cut corners on timing to compromise quality control.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations:

Canada: $30 — Delivery: 7–12 business days — Duties and taxes calculated at checkout
United Kingdom & European Union: $40 — Delivery: 10–15 business days — Customs fees and VAT are the responsibility of the recipient
Australia & New Zealand: $45 — Delivery: 12–18 business days — Customs fees and GST are the responsibility of the recipient
Asia (Japan, South Korea, Singapore): $45 — Delivery: 10–16 business days — Customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient

All international shipments include full tracking and insurance.

Tracking Your Order

Track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipment email or log into your LCKN account.

Order Issues

Lost Packages:
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us immediately. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and resolve the issue within 5 business days—either through carrier recovery or immediate replacement.

Damaged in Transit:
If your package arrives visibly damaged, document it with photos before opening and contact us within 48 hours at hello@lckn.io. We'll ship a replacement immediately from our reserve inventory.

Incorrect Address:
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Address corrections after shipment may incur additional carrier fees. If you need to update your address before shipment, contact us immediately.

Delivery Signature

Orders over $200 require signature confirmation to ensure secure delivery of your individually numbered pieces.

Authorize release through the carrier's tracking portal
Request hold at a carrier facility for pickup
Provide special delivery instructions during checkout

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their country. These fees are collected by customs upon entry, not by LCKN.

What we do:

Accurately declare the value of your order
Provide complete product descriptions for customs
Include all necessary documentation with international shipments

Tip: Contact your local customs office before ordering to understand potential fees for your region.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refused delivery, or unclaimed package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs will apply for the second delivery attempt.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

PO Boxes: USPS only. Expedited and overnight options are not available.

APO/FPO/DPO: We ship to military addresses at domestic shipping rates via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days.

Split Shipments

If you order multiple items and one is backordered or on pre-order, we will contact you with two options:

Ship in-stock items immediately and pre-order items when available (no additional shipping cost)
Hold entire order and ship together when all items are available

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to freight forwarding addresses or package forwarding services unless pre-approved. These restrictions protect against fraud, lost packages, and customs complications.

We are committed to sustainable packaging without compromising protection during transit.

Holidays & Delays

We do not ship on federal holidays or weekends. Delays may occur during peak holiday seasons, severe weather events, or carrier disruptions. If a delay affects your order, we will notify you immediately with updated delivery estimates.
